IPL 2024: GT will lock horns with PBKS today
AHMEDABAD [Maha Media]: Gujarat Titans will lock horns with Punjab Kings in the 17th Match of IPL 2024 on Thursday at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Shubhman Gill-led Gujarat Titans started their IPL 2024 campaign with a solid win against the Mumbai Indians (MI) at their home ground but soon came crashing down against the defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in their second match in Chennai. But, soon they redeem themselves in the next match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), by chasing 163 with five balls and seven wickets to spare.
Punjab Kings (PBKS) on the other hand, are in troubled waters. After winning just one game against Delhi Capitals (DC), they lost their next two against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). They failed to defend even 177 against RCB and could not chase down 200 against the LSG.
