Raid in Delhi-Haryana in fake pharmacy degree forgery case
RAIPUR [Maha Media]: The investigation of about four thousand fake pharmacy degree holders registered in Chhattisgarh State Pharmacy Council has reached different states of the country. Two days ago, the Chhattisgarh police arrested the accused Ramesh Khatkar from Jind in Haryana. During interrogation, it is learned that he used to work as an agent. The accused has told the names of the main accused to the police. On the basis of which, while further investigating, the police is engaged in raids in Delhi-Haryana. Ramesh used to get the customer registered here in Chhattisgarh. This gang used to issue fake certificates of various universities of the country. The certificates were sold for one to two lakh rupees. The police is now engaged in the investigation of the entire gang. So far 19 people have been arrested in this episode.
It is noteworthy that Dr. Shrikant Rajim Wale, former registrar of Chhattisgarh State Pharmacy Council, had filed a complaint at the Telibandha police station that the pharmacy diploma holders had applied for registration in the Anandnagar office. On which it is duly registered. After this, a drug license is issued from the Food and Drug Administration Department to operate the medical store. In the year 2021-2022, the Pharmacy Diploma, Degree attached in the applications for registration of Pharmacy Diploma, Degree was checked. During the investigation, Ramakant Nishad, Sheetal Kumar Mahar, Sanjay Kushwaha, Suraj Kumar Agarwal from Sunrise University Baigad Rajpur Rajasthan, Chandresh Kumar Sahu, Dameshwar Kumar Sahu from OPJS University Churu Rajasthan, Ravindra Kumar Sahu from Sridhar University Pilani Rajasthan, Swami Vivekanand University Sagar MP Khem Lal Dhiwar’s certificates were found to be fake.
Degree issued in the name of these universities: Sunrise University Baigad Rajpur (Rajasthan), OPJS University Churu (Rajasthan), Shridhar University Pilani (Rajasthan), Swami Vivekananda University Sagar (Madhya Pradesh), Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council Lucknow, Rajasthan Pharmacy Council Jaipur, Satya Sai University Sehore (Madhya Pradesh) , Monad University Hapur (Uttar Pradesh), JS University Shikotabad, Firozabad (Uttar Pradesh) in the name of the accused have made fake certificates.
