CUET PG 2023 registration date extended to May 5
NEW DELHI [Maha Media]: The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Postgraduate (PG) registration date will be soon extended by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the University Grants Commission (UGC) Chief M Jagadesh Kumar confirmed. Earlier, the last date to apply for CUET PG Exam 2023 was today; i.e. April 19, 2023. UGC Chief said that the registration date will be extended till 9.50 pm on May 5, 2023. Candidates will be able to apply online at cuet.nta.nic.in.
Once the CUET PG 2023 application window closes, the NTA will begin the CUET PG application correction process 2023 on May 6 and will close it on May 8, 2023. The CUET 2023 Admit Card and Result Date will be declared on the official website later. The UGC Chairman told an English daily that, "the decision to extend the registration was made considering that many universities joined the CUET PG exam after the registration process started. To ensure that candidates get enough time to choose courses, programs from the newly added universities, dates are being extended."
He further informed that the students who have already submitted their application form but wish to add more subjects, can do so by selecting additional examinations, courses, universities, institutions, autonomous colleges, or organisations. Candidates who have already chosen their courses can change or remove the tests or subjects they had selected earlier. To select more subjects (tests), candidates will have to pay an additional cost (if applicable). Candidates should be aware that fees once paid will not be refundable.
