MP: Wild Wisdom Global Challenge 2023 organised in Bhopal

BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Wild Wisdom Global Challenge 2023, the world's largest quiz competition based on biodiversity observed its state-level round happening in Bhopal at Govt. Gyanodaya Residential School, Bhopal for the states of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. 

This year the theme of the quiz competition is 'Birds around the world'. The competition has 5 rounds comprising of classroom level, school level, state level, national level and international level. 

48 schools qualified for state-level round out of 127 schools from MP & CG. The state-level round started with a welcome address by Mrs. Sangita Saxena, State Director WWF-India and a motivational speech by Mr. Neeraj Abraham, Chief Guest, Principal of Govt. Gyanodaya Residential School Bhopal. During the state level round, all teams appeared for paper-pen based elimination rounds having MCQ's followed by a live quiz of 5 rounds for top 5 performing teams in state level with quiz master Ms. Kartika Sitoke. Raghav Mishra (8th Class, Age 13) and Aryan Singh (8th Class, Age 13) from Delhi Public School Kolar Bhopal came first followed by Jay Jain and Avi Bhavsar from GD Goenka Public School Indore, followed by Deepanshu Choudhary and Divyanshu Tiwari from Ideal International School Indore, followed by Shrestha Gupta and Aadhya Singh from Little Angle High School Gwalior, and Rudresh Shukla and Saurabh Lahari from Silver Bells School, Bhopal.

The top team i.e. DPS Kolar Bhopal team will now represent Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh in National Finale to be held online in November 2023.
