PRAYAGRAJ [Maha Media]: Today, on Tuesday, the seventh and final day of the ongoing Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran Kathamrit Pravah at Maharshi Ashram, located on the banks of Sangam, Acharya Badrish Ji Maharaj spoke about the events leading up to today. Until now, we have heard the story of Shri Krishna's visit to Mathura, the killing of Kansa, the war with Jarsand for the 17th time, the construction of Dwarka, Krishna's visit to Dwarika, the description of Balram's marriage, and the first marriage of the Lord. Continuing the narration, Badrish Ji Maharaj stated that Shri Krishna's marriage to Rukmani Ji was completed. When Krishna and Rukmani sit in Dwarka, it appears as if Lakshmi and Narayana have descended from Vaikuntha. Rukmani is considered the original Sanatani power of the Lord. Whenever the Lord incarnates, Rukmani Ji accompanies him. For instance, when the Lord incarnates as Shri Ram, Rukmani appears as Mother Sita. Badrish Ji explained that after their marriage, Lord Krishna and Rukmani gave birth to a beautiful child named Pradyumna. However, as soon as Pradyumna was born, Shambarasur kidnapped him and threw him into the sea. A fish swallowed the child, and that fish was later caught in a fisherman's net, which was sent to Shambarasur's kitchen. When the fish was cut open, a very beautiful child emerged. Devrishi Narad revealed that this child was none other than her husband, Kaamdev. Consequently, the maid Mayavathi took care of the child. Badrish Ji narrated that Kaamdev had been burnt due to the curse of Lord Shankar, and his wife, Rati, became mad with grief over her husband's separation. She performed penance to Lord Shankar to get her husband back. Parvati Ji blessed her by stating that her husband would be reborn as the son of Lord Krishna in Yadukul, and she would find him in Shambarasur's domain. Therefore, Rati took on the role of a maid in Shambarasura's household under the name of Mayavathi. Continuing the story, Badrish Ji mentioned that the child was named Pradyumna. As Pradyumna grew up, he resembled Shri Krishna himself. Rati looked at him with great affection and shyness. Pradyumna then asked her why she harbored such negative feelings for him, having raised him like a mother. Rati then revealed the entire truth, stating that he was indeed her husband, Kaamdev. Rati then bestowed Maha Vidya upon Pradyumna, making him proficient in various forms of knowledge, including warfare. After mastering the art of war, Pradyumna challenged Shambarasura to a duel in his court. After defeating Shambarasura, Pradyumna and Rati returned to Dwarka. All the women were filled with love upon witnessing Pradyumna's affection for Krishna. When Pradyumna and Rati met their mother, Rukmani, she realized that her child would grow to be just like his father, awakening her maternal affection. When Narad ji shared the entire story, everyone rejoiced. As he recounted the 56th chapter of the Bhagwad, Badrish Ji Maharaj noted that Satrajit had falsely accused Shri Krishna of stealing the Syamantaka Mani. To absolve himself of this accusation, Satrajit offered his daughter, Satyabhama, along with the Syamantaka Mani, to Lord Krishna. Satyabhama possessed many virtuous qualities, including good nature, beauty, and generosity. Lord Krishna married Satyabhama following the proper rituals. In the 57th chapter, Badrish Ji Maharaj narrated the tale of the Syamantaka-haran and Shatdhanva's upliftment. The seven-day spiritual discourse concluded with the blessings of Acharya Badrish Ji Maharaj. Devotees expressed gratitude for the opportunity to listen to the divine tales and seek spiritual enlightenment. All the events and programmes are being broadcast live on Ramraj TV. The live telecast is also available on Ramraj TV's YouTube and Facebook channels.
