1331 Rudrashtadhyayi Chanting at Maharishi Ashram for World Peace

PRAYAGRAJ (Maha Media): On the pious occasion of Mahakumbh at Prayagraj, Maharishi Vedic Pundits have chanted 1331 path of Rudrashtadhyayi and performed Hawan in Maharishi Ashram, situated on the bank of the Holy confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati in divine presence of the most blessed disciple of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji, Brahmachari Girish ji.  

 

In his address Brahmachari Ji said that "Today's chanting of 1331 Rudrashtadhyayi is for the over all well being of all the citizens and providing invincibility to all nations of the world.         

                      

In the afternoon, Katha of Shrimad Bhagwad Puran has started. Acharya Shri Badrish Ji Maharaj of Vrindavan is the Katha Vyas. This katha will continue till 21st January. Acharya Ji has explained the importance of Shrimad Bhagwat and listening it. He also explained that great king Parikshit has got Moksha and many other have enjoyed the same. He said the that listeners must be having soft and pure heart to listen so that the person enjoys the devotion value mentioned in the literature. 

 

Grand Kalash procession also was organised before Katha in which large number of Vedic Pundits and Ladies have participated. The procession received welcome and showers of flowers at many places on the way.        

 

In the evening, Professor Ravi Sharma has performed Sitar recital ad Bhajans were presented by the students of MVM Sultanpur teacher and Students.
