Vishwarang International Hindi Olympiad to Begins from Sept 14
BHOPAL (Maha Media): To promote the Hindi language globally and connect a new generation to its cultural roots, the Vishwarang Foundation (India), Rabindranath Tagore University, and Vanmali Srijan Peeth are jointly organizing the Vishwarang International Hindi Olympiad 2025. The event, poised to be the largest cultural-academic campaign of its kind, will be held from September 14 (Hindi Diwas) to September 30 (International Translation Day) across 65 countries, including India.
A press conference at Palash Residency provided details on the event. Organizers present included Shri Santosh Choubey, Director of Vishwarang and Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University; Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, Co-Director of Vishwarang and Pro Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University; senior educationist Dr. Amitabh Saxena; Dr. Jawahar Karnawat, Director of the Tagore International Hindi Centre; and Shri Vinay Upadhyay, Director of the Tagore International Literature and Arts Centre.
The official inauguration of the Olympiad will take place on September 15, when Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Mohan Yadav, will launch the event's official website.
Speaking at the press conference, Shri Choubey noted that the competition will bring together Hindi speakers, writers, and advocates from 65 countries. It will be held across six levels, from Grade 1 to Postgraduate in India, and Level 1 to Level 6 internationally. All participants will receive a certificate, and winners will be awarded attractive prizes.
Vishwarang Sri Lanka Conference
As part of the international chapter, the Vishwarang Sri Lanka 2025 conference will be held in Colombo on September 29–30. Co-organized by the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre and the High Commission of India, Colombo, the event's central theme is “Cultural Harmony Across South and Southeast Asian Nations.”
