Three-day MNCC concludes on a grand note
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: The grandeur of the 16th Maharishi National Cultural Celebration concluded on Monday with a three-day colorful programme organised at the Maharishi Centre for Educational Excellence (MCEE) in Lambakhada, Bhopal, on Thursday.
In this annual Maharishi National Cultural Celebration, about 426 students from 61 Maharishi Vidya Mandir schools across India in various events including singing, dancing, on-the-spot painting, Musical Orchestra, Yogic Flying, Yogasana competition, Math and Science Exhibition, Debate competition, and Chanting of Srimad Bhagwat Gita, Chanting of Sri Ramcharitramanas Path, Sanskrit Shloka chanting.
V R Khare-Director CPR described the three-day Maharishi National Cultural Celebration as an excellent and flag bearer program of the Maharishi Organisation. Khare Ji also congratulated the winners and said that winning is important, but it’s also vital to help others win. Instead of worrying about the result, focus on making someone else succeed and find happiness in that.
The valedictory function of the Maharishi National Cultural Celebration started with Guru Poojan, Vedic Shanti Path followed by a traditional welcome of the extinguished guest. This was followed by a welcome song presented by students of MKH Ayodhya Nagar. And a welcome dance was presented by students of MVM Tilanga.
TPS Kandra, Vice Chancellor-MUMT Bilaspur, P.C Joshi, Vice President-MSS, V.P Tiwari, Director Accounts were present on the dais.
On this occasion, the results and prize distribution of various competitions were also presented by Brahmachari Girish Ji and members of the National Board of Directors MVM Schools Group. MVM Guwahati has been declared the overall winner, while MVM Hyderabad is the overall runner-up for this year. Awards for Class 12 CBSE: Diksha Rawat of MVM Haldwani won first prize, Prachur Goswami of MVM Guwahati secured second, and Naidu Udita from MVM Hyderabad and Praditi Sharma from MVM Guwahati shared the third prize.
On this occasion, Principals of various Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools, teachers, students, staff members, and parents were also present. The three-day Maharishi National Cultural Celebration was broadcast live on Ramraj TV's Facebook, YouTube, and website channels.
