Prez Murmu to award President’s Colours to CDM Secunderabad
NEW DELHI [Maha Media]: The prestigious College of Defence Management (CDM), Secunderabad, will be awarded with the President’s Colours today. President Droupadi Murmu will be doing the honours this morning at a ceremonial event to be held at the CDM. Established in 1970, the CDM has evolved from its initial focus on administrative training to an institute of the highest order that imparts training to tri-services officers in strategic planning, resource management and leadership.
CDM Commandant Major General Harsh Chhibber informed that the CDM programmes, including the Higher and Senior Defence Management Courses, attract military personnel from the country and also across the world. With a growing emphasis on multi-domain warfare, the College of Defence Management stands today at the forefront of professional military education in India and beyond.
