India women take on South Korea in Kho Kho World Cup 2025
NEW DELHI [Maha Media]: The Indian women’s team is set to face South Korea in their opening match of the Kho Kho World Cup 2025 this evening at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi. Led by Priyanka Ingle, the team aims to start their campaign on a victorious note.
Meanwhile, the Indian men’s team will compete against Brazil later tonight, with the match scheduled to begin at 8:15 PM at the same venue. The men’s team began their campaign with an exciting 42-37 victory over Nepal in a thrilling match yesterday.
The Indian men’s team is placed in Group ‘A’ alongside Nepal, Bhutan, Peru, and Brazil. Similarly, the Indian women’s team is part of Group A, joined by Malaysia, Iran, and South Korea. The group-stage matches will be followed by the quarterfinals on January 17, the semifinals on January 18, and the finals on January 19.
