Exemplary Leadership

The PM Newzealand Jacinda Arden who has successfully held her assignment since her being assigned the covative job in the year 2017 has surprised all by her announcement of quitting her responsibilities by 7th of February.

She, the youngest PM at her 42 years of age now wishes to focus perhaps on her domestic priorities for her young kid of 4 yrs. now needs her attention; moreover she mentioned that the position that she holds demands for many responsibilities to deliver and calls for one to be more attentive which she feels that now she might no more attend to.

Although, she has been one of the premiere in the world who have faced the tough and challenging fight to the pandemic notwithstanding the limitations of the time and yet could overcome.

She appears to be quite popular amongst the public nevertheless her few recent adversities that must have been the causative perhaps behind her sudden move to resign coupled with the domestic priorities as she mentioned. The recent crime rates, inflation, the issues of the costly housing issues might have somehow bothered her and could be instrumental in prompting for the decision as could be thought over.

Her sincerity towards the issues of the public interest and her honest approach to ensure the deliveries of the issues to a greater extent with the success has been the reasons for her constant popularity nevertheless the issues got cropped up.

However, her decision of leaving must be a well thought over the reasons predicted considering her concerns more or less that are the testimony of her style of functioning and she must arrived at a conclusion that probably henceforth she might not be suitable for the position that she holds and the empathy that she appears to grow with must have been pushing her for the hard decision that she announced.

This undoubtedly might set a precedent  for those who continue on their positions in spite of the allegations.
