MP: CM to inaugurate VIP lounge at Bhopal Rly Station today
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav will inaugurate state-of-the-art Executive and VIP Lounge at Bhopal Railway Station, launched by Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) on Wednesday. Spanning 10,693 square feet, this air-conditioned lounge on Platform 1 is open 24/7 to everyone, not just train passengers, making it a unique hub for locals and visitors alike. Designed to elevate comfort, work and entertainment, the lounge offers a premium experience with modern amenities tailored to diverse needs.
The Executive Lounge seats 200 people with plush seating, while the VIP Lounge accommodates 100 with recliner chairs, samosas or vadas, and gaming activities. For Rs 100 per hour (with a Rs 100 refundable deposit), Executive Lounge visitors enjoy airconditioned seating, a complimentary tea/coffee, and light snacks. The VIP Lounge at Rs 200 per hour with a Rs 200 deposit, offers upgraded amenities.
