UJJAIN [Maha Media]: In the dignified presence of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion will organise the ‘Spiritual and Wellness Summit’ in Ujjain on June 5.

The objective of this summit is to establish Madhya Pradesh as a global wellness hub and to give Ujjain international recognition as a major center in the wellness sector. Through this event, special focus will be placed on encouraging investment and cooperation in yoga, Ayurveda, naturopathy, public awareness, spirituality and wellness-based industries.

To ensure the success of the Wellness Summit, coordinated efforts and active cooperation are being made by the Departments of Happiness, Tourism and AYUSH. Located in the heart of India, Ujjain is famous as an ancient and religious city.

Yadav will also hold one-on-one meetings with major investors, policymakers and representatives of other relevant institutions participating in the summit.

The summit will feature high-level panel discussions on the development of the wellness sector, policy-making, public-private partnership, sustainable wellness infrastructure and investment opportunities.

The session will begin with a panel discussion on the topic “Ideating the Partnership Model”, where subject experts will present their views. This session will help in strengthening wellness infrastructure, improving quality standards and especially increasing access to services in underserved areas by exploring how policies can motivate investment and collaboration in the wellness industry.

After this, a panel discussion will be held on “Wellness Ecosystem and Workforce Development”, where experts will highlight aspects such as the integration of traditional medicinal systems, the need for investment in research and harmony with modern medicine. Additionally, a special fireside chat session titled “A New Perspective on Wellness” is proposed as a dialogue with Yadav.
