Ludhiana bypoll: AAP candidate takes early lead
LUDHIANA [Maha Media]: AAP candidate Sanjeev Arora was leading with a margin of 2,482 votes against his nearest rival and Congress nominee Bharat Bhushan Ashu from the Ludhiana West assembly seat in Punjab on Monday, according to initial trends.
After two rounds of counting, Arora had 5,854 votes and Ashu 3,372. BJP's Jiwan Gupta was in the third spot with 2,796 votes.
There were 14 candidates in the fray.
