CM Yadav to inaugurate Rs 201 cr devpt works in Sidhi

NEW DELHI [Maha Media]: Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav will participate in a training-cum-orientation programme on January 9 for beneficiaries of various departments,to be held at Bahri in Sidhi district. Chief Minister Dr Yadav will inaugurate and perform Bhoomi Poojan for 209 development works worth Rs 201.64 crore. Of these, 179 development works costing over Rs 68 crore will be inaugurated, while 30 development works with an estimated cost of Rs 133.62 crore will be laid with foundation stones. 

Chief Minister Dr Yadav will also distribute benefits worth Rs 11.58 crore to 505 beneficiaries under the ‘Ek Bagiya Maa Ke Naam’ scheme.CM Dr Yadav will inaugurate a total of 179 development works at Bahri, undertaken by the Scheduled Caste Department, Tribal Welfare Department, Higher Education Department, Tribal Affairs Department, District Panchayat (Watershed), Revenue Department, Public Works Department, Public Health and Medical Education Department, and the School Education Department. These works, executed at a cost of Rs 68.01 crore, will strengthen education, healthcare, basic infrastructure, and rural development. 

CM Dr Yadav will lay the foundation stones for 30 development works under the Panchayat and Rural Engineering Service, Panchayat and Rural Development Department (Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojan-Watershed Development), Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, PIU Department, and the Public Works Department (Buildings/Roads Division). 

The total estimated cost of these projects is Rs 133.62 crore. A training-cum-orientationprogramme for beneficiaries of various departments will also be organised at Bahri. The programme aims to ensure that information about public welfare schemes reaches beneficiaries directly and supports their effective implementation.
