NDA releases joint Sankalp Patra for Bihar Election
NEW DELHI [Maha Media]: National Democratic Alliance (NDA) today issued the joint Sankalp Patra for Bihar Assembly Election 2025. The Sankalp Patra was released in the presence of Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar, BJP President JP Nadda, BJP’s Bihar election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, and other NDA leaders.
Speaking on the Sankalp Patra, BJP President Dilip Jaiswal said, NDA’s manifesto means the guarantee of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the trust of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He alleged that the public of Bihar will not forgive Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav for ruining Bihar.
In the Sankalp Patra, emphasis was laid on generating employment, skilling, women’s empowerment, and financial assistance to the farmers. It was announced to provide more than one crore employment opportunities to the people of Bihar and to make one crore women Lakpati Didi.
It was also mentioned in the Sakalp Patra to invest one lakh crore rupees for agricultural infrastructure. The NDA has also promised to make seven expressways and modernise three thousand 600 kilometres of railway lines.
In the Sakalp Patra, it was also announced to invest one lakh crore rupees for the development of industries in the state. In addition, modern manufacturing units will be created in every district, and 10 new industrial parks will be developed. For the welfare of the poor in the state, it was promised to provide 125 units of free electricity and up to five lakh rupees for affordable healthcare.
Speaking to media after release of the NDA manifesto, Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Samrat Choudhary said that the Sankalp Patra focuses on every individual and every sector possible. "We provided jobs and employment opportunities in Bihar and will continue to do so in the future. The manifesto promises one crore jobs to youths in the state. We have prioritised farmers, women, the Dalit community, and all other sections of society. The NDA has worked for the people in the past and will keep doing so in the years to come," he said.
In the next five years, new-age economy will be developed with an aim to make Bihar a global workplace, said Choudhary.
"This apart, gig workers, auto drivers will be provided with financial help and skill development. If NDA is voted to power in Bihar, we will set up manufacturing units in each district," he said.
If voted back to power in Bihar, NDA will give Rs 10 lakh to people belonging to Economically Backward Classes (EBC), and form a commission under chairmanship of SC judge to look into it, the Deputy CM said.
