Kuldeep Yadav set to marry Vanshika Chadha today
MUSSOORIE [Maha Media]: Cricketer Kuldeep Yadav is getting married to his childhood friend Vanshika Chadha today, March 14. Wedding rituals have been underway for the past three days at The ITC Savoy Hotel in Mussoorie. Meanwhile, near the hotel, almost a 3km jam halted traffic on Library Chowk road.
During the Sangeet and Cocktail ceremony held late Friday evening, cricketers Suresh Raina, Rinku Singh, and Yuzvendra Chahal danced enthusiastically alongside the groom. Sufi singer and live performer Bismil, who had arrived from Delhi, also delivered a performance at the event. A festive atmosphere prevailed within the hotel premises until late into the night. Meanwhile, Suresh Raina departed early in the morning.
On Saturday morning, former cricketer Mohammad Kaif also arrived in Mussoorie. A breakfast was organised for all the guests at 9:30 AM, featuring special Khasta Kachoris and Dal ke Bade from Kanpur.
The wedding rituals have been going on for three days at the ITC Savoy Hotel in Mussoorie. Today at 4 PM, the Safa Bandhai ritual will take place. At 5 PM, the baraat (groom's procession) will depart, at 6 PM, there will be Varmala (garland exchange), and at 8 PM, the Pheras (wedding vows) will be held.
After this, the remaining rituals of the mandap will be completed late into the night. Former captain Rohit Sharma, T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav, and Team India's head coach Gautam Gambhir are expected to attend the ceremony.
