NEW DELHI [Maha Media]: South Africa captain Laura Wolvaardt won the toss and elected to bowl against India in their Women's ODI World Cup match here on Thursday.

South Africa made one change, replacing Masabata Klaas with Tumi Sekhukhune.

For India, Amanjot Kaur came in for Renuka Singh.

India and South Africa have faced each other 33 times in Women’s ODIs. Out of these, India has won 20 matches, while South Africa has claimed 12 victories, with one game ending without a result. The stats highlight India’s dominance in their head-to-head record as both teams meet again in the Women’s ODI World Cup 2025.
