Shri Guru Purnima Mahotsav begins with Bhajan Sandhya
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Following the Holy tradition of Maharishi Organisation under the leadership of Brahmachari Girish Ji, the most dedicated disciple of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji, the auspicious day of Shri Guru Purnima begins with full fervor and dignity at Maharishi Mangalam Bhawan, Maharishi Vidya Mandir School, Ratanpur, Bhopal on Saturday.
Three-day "Shri Guru Purnima Mahotsav" started with Guru Pujan by Vedic Pandits. In the first session of Bhajan Sandhiya, melodious Bhajans were presented by selected students and teachers of Maharishi schools of Bhopal. This filled everyone's heart with devotion. The students Ayodhya Nagar Bhopal presented ‘Tumhare Charno main Guruvar’, students of MVM Trilanga presented the Guru Bhajan, MVM Ratanpur students beautifully performed 'Gurudev hamara pyara'. In the last performance students of MCEE Lambakhera presented Om Guru Jai Gurudev'.
In the second session, Then Bhajan Sandhya by renowned Bhajan singers Purbasha Banerjee (Karmakar). Purbasha Banerjee was the lead singer, and she was supported by Anup Ghosh renowned tabla player, Keyboard player Kaustubh Rana Sarkar, Flute player Amar Bhola and Pakhawaj player Manmohan Nayak enthralled the huge gathering by reciting Bhajans and discourses. Purbasha Banerjee encouraged everyone to sing and express their inner joy. Many in the audience joined in with singing.
Bramhachari Girish Ji- the head of Maharishi Group of Educational Institutions, former Vice-Chancellor of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic University, Prof. Bhuvanesh Sharma, Shri V R Khare Director CPR, Ram Dev Deputy Director, Nilimp Tripathi also enjoyed the Bhajan Sandhya along with other distinguished guests, teachers and students.
This Guru Purnima festival is being jointly organised by Maharishi World Peace Movement, Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools Group and Maharishi Ved Vigyan Vishwa Vidyapeetham. This entire Sri Guru Purnima Mahotsav will be telecast live through various networks through online, whose link is as follows:-
