Religious leaders call for Sanatan coordination echoes at Maharishi Ashram
PRAYAGRAJ [Maha Media]: A seminar on the topic "Immediate Need of Mutual Coordination of Dharma Peeths for Securing Sanatan Dharma," was organized at the Maharishi Ashram, Sangamtat, Arail Prayagraj on Thursday. Presiding over the seminar, Anant Shri Vibhushit Jyotishpithadhishwar Vasudevanand Saraswati, Shankaracharya Ji Maharaj, Badrikashram, Himalaya, said "There is no one before Sanatan Brahma. The Banyan tree of Sanatan Dharma is infinite. Whatever is there is all after it, all is propounded by Sanatan Dharma itself. There can be differences in opinion and work, but Sanatan Dharma is above that too. All sects and Sampradayas are within Sanatan and this is the Sanatan tradition. There have been many attacks on our Sanatan Dharma, but our religion is continuously Sanatan Dharma. The time of origin of Sanatan Dharma is infinite. We all agree with the proposal of Brahmachari Girish Ji and will discuss it further with everyone."
Speaking at the event, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Institute chief Ved Vidya Martand Brahmachari Girish Ji said that on the occasion of Mahakumbh, from the continuous recitation of 1331 in Tirthraj to Shri Ram Katha, Shri Shiv Puran Katha, Shrimad Bhagwat Katha and from tomorrow Shrimad Devi Bhagwat Katha will be organized. Along with this, various cultural programs are being organized continuously at night time in Maharishi Ashram. Brahmachari Ji said that Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji used to say that collective consciousness can be made Sattoguni and resolve Siddhi can be achieved. There is no end to the power of Sanatan, everything is its part. Today it is being seen that our values are being attacked. We have to put a lot of emphasis on putting our point across. We have to find out where the weakness has come from in this. The influence of Sanatan Dharma is there, but there is a decrease in strength.
Brahmachari Ji asked, can we socially boycott those who criticize Sanatan Dharma? Sanatan Dharma needs to raise an organized voice today because there is a lack of coordination in our organizations. If people make irrelevant remarks against a Hindu saint, it has to be stopped. We believe that there can be differences of opinion among Sanatanis, but there should be no differences of opinion, this is the immediate need. Efforts are needed to make this era known as the Sanatan era.
While describing the need for coordination among all on this occasion, Brahmachari Girish Ji suggested that all the sects and monasteries of Sanatan Dharma should form a top body and organize a meeting in a month or two and make their decisions public so that all the followers of Sanatan Dharma can follow them uniformly.
Speaking at the conference, Nirvan Akhara's Peethadhishwar Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Vishokanand Bharti Ji said that "Until you are in many, then you are one. While studying the difference, you have to be established in the non-difference. There is an immediate need for coordination to remove temptation and opportunism, which Brahmachari Girish Ji has done a very important thing by raising it in front of everyone, for this, Shankaracharya Maharaj will have to come forward and guide all of us. For this, all our five sects will have to work together, this is our message.
Putting his point forward, Arpit Das Ji Maharaj said "The most important thing is that the youth of Sanatan Dharma are getting lost from their direction. Today's youth are going towards reel leaving the real, so there is a need to show direction to the youth immediately.
Speaking on this occasion, Swami Jitendranand Saraswati Ji Maharaj said "Brahmachari Girish Ji has paved the way for the solution of the problem for the unity in Sanatan Dharma, this is not a topic of discussion, it needs to be seriously considered so that the conspiracy against Sanatan Dharma can be exposed. He said that the saints of North and South should meet and immediately consider this direction. I agree with Brahmachari Girish Ji and there is a need for coordination, we all should think about this.
Speaking on this occasion, Ram Ratan Maharaj Phalahari Baba said "Brahmachari Girish Ji has put his point in front of all of us with very good feelings. Shankaracharya Ji Maharaj will have to find a way through Vedas, scriptures, and Guru Parampara, which we all are ready to accept. On this occasion, he also said that for the expansion of Sanatan education in India, the expansion of Maharishi Vidya Mandir schools is very important and it is the need of the hour. If Sanskar will guide us, then Sanatan Dharma will continue to strengthen.
Today's program started with Shri Guru Parampara Pujan as per the tradition of Maharishi Sansthan, after which all the honorable guests present were welcomed by offering flowers, shawls, srifal and mementos.
At the end of the program, Professor Acharya Nilimp Tripathi thanked all the dignitaries present.
