Nilimp Tripathi Ji enlightens attendees with profound teachings
PRAYAGRAJ [Maha Media]: The Maharishi Vedic Pandits of the Maharishi Organization continued their daily recitation of the 1,331 verses of the Rudrashtadhyayi and performed a havan at the Maharishi Ashram, located on the banks of the Sangam in Arail, Prayagraj, on Saturday.
The ongoing Shri Devi Bhagwat Mahapuran Kathamrit Pravah, led by renowned Katha Vyas, Acharya Dr. Nilimp Tripathi Ji, captivated a large audience today with its rich narratives and profound insights into the divine. Tripathi Ji began today's story by sharing that those whom ‘Maa Bhagwati’ regards with favor are truly blessed. Maa Bhagwati, the embodiment of Shakti, is known for alleviating sorrows. The teachings of Shrimad Devi Bhagwat hold great significance, as their ultimate goal is to benefit everyone. Maa Bhagwati underscores the idea that motherhood is the only eternal truth in this world. Those who adhere to her teachings find both worldly happiness and spiritual salvation.
Tripathi Ji commenced the session by highlighting the story of Raja Parikshit. After the Mahabharata war, Raja Parikshit learned that he had only seven days left to live. Determined to make the most of his remaining time, he resolved to spend those days acquiring knowledge and deepening his devotion to God. He approached various Gurus and called upon Shukadev Ji. Parikshit asked Shukadev Ji, "What is the most powerful and effective way to attain the supreme destination in such a short span of time?"
In response, Shukadev Ji revealed a deeper truth: every living being has only seven days to die. Parikshit’s seven days of life were a metaphor for the finite nature of human existence, reminding everyone that life is short and that the most important task is to prepare the heart and mind for the divine. Through devotion, meditation, and surrender, anyone can rise above the distractions of the world and achieve a state of unity with the divine.
The Shri Devi Bhagwat Mahapurana Kathamrit Pravah will continue till February 12. All the events and programmes are broadcast live on Ramraj TV. The live telecast is also available on Ramraj TV's YouTube and Facebook channels.
