Trump calls Norway to ask for Nobel Peace Prize

NEW DELHI [Maha Media]: US President Trump called Norway's Finance Minister Jens Stoltenberg to demand a Nobel Prize. According to the Norwegian newspaper Dagens Næringsliv, Trump spoke to Stoltenberg about the Nobel and tariffs last month.

Trump has so far claimed to have stopped 6 wars, including those between Pakistan, Iran-Israel, and Cambodia. A few months ago, Trump said that he would not receive an award for stopping many wars and for works like the Abraham Accords, but the public knows his achievements.

The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded by a committee in Norway. This committee consists of five members appointed by the Norwegian Parliament.

Individuals are selected every year based on Alfred Nobel's will

They select individuals or organisations each year, based on Alfred Nobel's will, who have done work for world peace.

The prize is announced in October, and the ceremony is held on December 10 in Oslo, the capital of Norway.

According to media reports, so far, 7 countries have nominated Trump for the Nobel. These include Pakistan, Israel, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Cambodia, Rwanda, and Gabon. However, the Nobel Committee does not make nomination information public for 50 years.

Trump has said that no matter how many wars I stop, no matter what I do, I will not get the Nobel. This award is only given to liberals.

Earlier, Trump had said in October 2024 that if my name were Obama, I would have received the Nobel in 10 seconds.

Obama received the award without doing anything, but I have also won the election.
