Shri Guru Purnima Mahotsav" celebrated with devotion
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: “Guru is Brahma, Guru is Vishnu, Guru is equal to Lord Shiva, and Guru is the supreme god. So, I bow before him.” As every God is worshiped by his thousands of names and the Guru is considered to be superior to all of them. That is why it is also said that thousands of Gods are present in the Gurus. We all worship the feet of the Guru because the happiness and knowledge of the whole world are at his feet only. That's why we dedicate our everything to his lotus feet. There is no ‘Tatva’ bigger than Guru. If Guru's grace is on someone, it remains even after his death, this was said by Bramhachari Girish Ji- the head of Maharishi Group of Educational Institutions during "Shri Guru Purnima Mahotsav at Maharishi Mangalam Bhavan, Maharishi Vidya Mandir School, Ratanpur, Bhopal on Monday.
Urging the students and youth of Maharishi Sangathan, Brahmachari Girish Ji said that there are many resolutions of Maharishi Ji which are yet to be fulfilled, so take a pledge to fulfill them and take them forward. And spread the knowledge of Maharishi Ji and Transcendental Meditation to the world. In a very short span of their lives, Gurudev Brahmanand Saraswati Ji and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji hoisted the flag of Dharma in the world and introduced the world to Vedic knowledge and Transcendental Meditation. Today all of you have different means of communication and transport, so you can easily take Maharishi Ji's knowledge and Indian Vedic knowledge to every corner of the world. All of you should do this work responsibly so that peace can be established in the whole world.
After the address of Brahmachari Girish Ji, Dr. Prakash Joshi - Vice President-Maharishi Shiksha Sansthan, Prof. Bhuvnesh Sharma-Vice Chancellor of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya, Col. (Retd.) Dr. T.P.S.Kandra, Vice Chancellor of MMYIM&T also addressed the gathering and dedicated all the achievements of their department at the lotus feet of Shri Gurudev Ji and His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji.
Earlier, Sri Guru Purnima celebration begins with Sri Guru Parampara Poojan, Vedic Shanti Path amidst the chanting of Vedic Pundits. After Guru Poojan, girl students of Maharishi Vidya Mandir School, Ratanpur presented a Guru Vandana. Two students, Sunny Sharma from Ratanpur School and Paridhi from MCEE Lambakheda School gave their lectures on Maharishi Ji and his achievements.
A documentary on Gurudev Brahmanand Saraswati was also presented on this occasion. The 150 episode documentary will be aired daily on Aastha TV from today.
V.R.Khare, Director CPR, Smt. Rita Prakasam, Joint Director of Maharishi Vidya Mandir School Group, Ved Prakash Tiwari, Director (Accounts), Mrs. Arya Nand Kumar, Joint Director of Mandir School Group were also present at the event.
