Maharishi Sansthan celebrates Shri Vasant Panchami Celebration with fervour
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Maharishi Organisations all over ‘Bharat’ celebrated the Shri Vasant Panchami Celebration and Puja, invocation of Shri Saraswati Devi- the Goddess of knowledge, music & arts with great fervor and gaiety on Wednesday. The main celebration was organised in the divine presence of Brahmachari Girish Ji, the head of the Maharishi Group of Educational Institutions and Maharishi Vedic Pundits, Acharyas, Students, Staff, and Devotees at Maharishi Utsav Bhavan in Gurdev Brahmanand Saraswati Ashram, Bhojpur Mandir Road, Bhopal.
The Shri Vasant Panchami Celebration started with Guru Parampara Pujan by Maharishi Vedic Pandits with Vedic procedure. On this occasion, the stage of Maharishi Utsav Bhawan was beautifully decorated with flowers. After Shodshopachar Puja and other Vedic rituals, Maharishi Vedic Pandits performed the Shri Saraswati Sahasranam Path amidst the chanting of one thousand names of Saraswati Devi. Each name of Saraswati Devi refers to a quality of consciousness. Listening Sahasranam enlivens these qualities of Saraswati in the consciousness of the listener and at the same time, these qualities are charged in the environment.
The two-hour-long puja concluded with the distribution of prasad. All the directors of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools Group, Principals, teachers, faculty members, and students were present in the puja of Goddess Saraswati.
