Two-day Maharishi Gyan Yug Diwas celebrations begins with ‘Bhajanamrit’
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Maharishi Organisations throughout the world celebrated the pious occasion of 106th birthday of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji, as Age of Enlightenment Day (Gyan Yug Diwas on Thursday. The main function was organised under the leadership of Brahmachari Girish Ji, the head of Maharishi Group of Educational Institutions with great fervour at Maharishi Utsav Bhavan in Gurdev Brahmanand Saraswati Ashram, Bhojpur Mandir Road, Bhopal.
The two-day Gyan Yug Diwas celebration programme begins with a ‘Bhajanamrit’ of renowned playback singer Nalini Nigam. Along with Nalini Nagam, globally acclaimed tabla maestro and composer Pandit Anoop Ghosh, renowned percussionist Satish Kumar Solanki, keyboardist Puneet Kumar and Atul Shankar famous flute player will enthrall the audience.Nalini Nigam, disciple of famous classical singer Savita Devi and Savitri Savnere delivered sermons and recited Bhajans. Nalini Ji first presented Guru Vandana to honour Maharishi Ji followed with famous Ram Bhajan 'Shree Ram Chandra Kripalu Bhajman', 'Ram Sumire' and 'Koan Kehta Hain Bhagwan Aate Nahi'.
Earlier, the first day of Gyan Yug Diwas celebrations started with Guru Parampara Pujan by Maharishi Vedic Pandits. After this 'Payo Ji Maine Ram Ratan Dhan Payo' Bhajan and melodious famous 'Ram Ayange' Bhajans full of devotion were presented by the talented students of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Ratanpur. The students of MCEE, Lambakheda, MVM Ayodhya Nagar also presented various devotional songs before the audience.
On this occasion, Prof. Bhuvnesh Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya, Nilimp Tiparthi, Acharya, MVMs-Dr. Prakash Joshi, Director Communication and Public Relations- V. R. Khare, Director Accounts MVMs-Ved Prakash Tiwari, Smt. Arya Nandkumar-National Secretary Communication, and Smt. Rita Prakasham-Educationist and other dignitaries had a dignified presence.
Second day of Maharishi Gyan Yug Divas, Hon'ble Chairman of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools Group, Brahmachari Ji will dedicated all the achievements of all the Maharishi Organisations of the year to the lotus feet of Shri Guru Dev and His Holiness Maharishi Ji and sought their blessings for new resolutions ahead. On this occasion a seminar will organised on the theme "Establishing Peace through Spiritualism".
The two-day Gyan Yug Divas celebrations will be telecast live on various social media platforms of Ramraj TV.
