Brahmachari Girish Ji's birthday celebrated with great enthusiasm
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Blending Indian culture with tradition, the birthday celebration of Brahmachari Girish Ji, the most blessed disciple of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji and head of Maharishi Group of Educational Institutions, was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm all over India. The main program was celebrated with great pomp at Maharishi Utsav Bhawan, Gurudev Brahmanand Saraswati Ashram, Bhojpur Road, Bhopal on Friday. Hundreds of people greeted him with good wishes and flower garlands. On this occasion, 'Bhajan Sandhya' programme was organised with renowned artists.
In his address, Brahmachari Girish Ji said that today is a very auspicious day not only for me but for all of us. Today I received blessings and good wishes from Jyotishpeethadheeshwara Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati of Badrikashram, Himalaya, and other saints. All of you will also benefit from his blessings. Brahmachari Girish Ji shared how Gurudev’s words were a blessing for the entire Maharishi family.
Recalling the 40 years spent under the guidance of Maharishi Ji, Girish Ji said that Maharishi Ji always used to announce new action plans and resolutions during festivals and celebrations. Birthdays are important in the lives of all of us. It is a celebration of our existence and a time to reflect on the past year and look forward to the future. Birthdays are a new start and a time to pursue new endeavors with new goals. The resolution taken on this day is also more likely to be fulfilled. With the guidance of Shankaracharya Ji Maharaj, it has been decided to celebrate today as a celebration of entering the Golden Jubilee Decade of Enlightening journey in the lotus feet of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji.
On this occasion, Honorable Brahmachari Ji introduced his childhood friends and many dignitaries who had touched his life journey of 40 years under the guidance of Maharishi Ji. Girish Ji welcomed them all by giving them a bouquet and his new book 'Pujya Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ki Daiviya Chhatrachhaya Me'.
After the memorable address of Hon'ble Girish Ji, Prof. Bhuvnesh Sharma, Vice Chancellor - Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya, and Dr. TPS Kandra, Vice Chancellor Maharishi University of Management & Technology wished Brahmachari Ji on his birthday and shared their experiences with everyone.
On this occasion, the Directors of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools Group, staff, Teachers, and students were present and enjoyed the 3-hour long “Bhajan Sandhya” programme with all pleasure and religious fervor.
The auditorium of Maharishi Mangalam Bhavan turned devotional with the melodious bhajans presented by renowned artists Pandit Pasnath and Sumana Chakraborty.
At the end of the program CPR Director V.R. Khare expressed gratitude to all the people present on behalf of Maharishi Institute.
