Shri Sahasrachandi Mahayagya began with Vedic chanting at Maharishi Sansthan
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: Under the divine blessings of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji and the esteemed presence of Dr. Brahmachari Girish Ji, the Hon’ble Chairman of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools Group, the enchanting nine-day Shardiya Navratra Mahotsav commenced with the grand Shri Sahasrachandi Mahayagya at Gurudev Brahmanand Saraswati Ashram, Chhan, BhojpurMandir Road, Bhopal on a auspicious Thursday.
The first day of Shardiya Navratra was marked by the sacred rituals of Ghatsthapana Pujan and Devi Pujan, commencing at 9 am. Following this, the Shri Sahasrachandi Mahayagya took place with the recitation of Mantras by 121 Vedic Pandits of the Maharishi Organisation.
To honor the auspicious occasion of Shardiya Navratri Mahotsav, the captivating Shrimad Devi Bhagvat Katha Amrit Pravah is gracing the Gurudev Brahmanand Saraswati Ashram, continuing for nine blissful days until October 11. The Katha is being recited by the renowned Katha Vyas, Acharya Shri Badrish Ji Maharaj. This enthralling Katha will be held daily from October 4th, from 3 pm to 6 pm.
On Shri Durga Navmi, the delightful Kanyabhoj will be organised on October 11 starting at 1 pm.
This magnificent nine-day-long Shardiya Navratra Mahotsav will culminate with the joyous Vijayadashami on October 12 at 7:30 pm.
