Gyan Yug Diwas being celebrated on birth anniversary of Maharishi Ji
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: On the auspicious occasion of the 106th birthday of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji, the Maharishi organisation will celebrate a two-day grand celebration on 12 and 13 January as Gyan Yug Diwas with full fervor and dignity.
The main function be held at Maharishi Utsav Bhawan, Gurudev Brahmanand Saraswati Ashram, Chhan, Bhojpur Mandir Road, Bhopal will be presided over by Bramhachari Girish Ji- the head of Maharishi Group of Educational Institutions.
On the first day of the two-day celebration, a seminar will be organised on January 12 on the theme "Role of Politics in Establishing World Peace". Shri Prahlad Singh Patel, Union Minister of State for Food Processing Industries and Jal Shakti, Shri Vishwas Sarang, Cabinet Minister of MP Government, Medical Education, Bhopal Gas Tragedy Relief & Rehabilitation and Shri Rameshwar Sharma, MLA from Huzur Vidhan Sabha constituency will also grace the occasion with their brilliant speeches.
Vice-Chancellor of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic University, Prof. Bhuvanesh Sharma and Vice-Chancellor of MUMT Bilaspur Colonel (Retd) T.P.S. Kandra, will also grace the two day event along with other distinguished guests.
On the first day, the morning session of Gyan Yug Diwas celebration will commenced with Programme introduction, Guru Parampara Pujan, Shanti Path and welcoming of guests by Maharishi Vedic Pundits. Followed by Ganesh Vandana by the students of Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Ratanpur. After that the main attraction of the programme, Brahmachari Girish Ji will addressed the gathering. With this Brahmachari Ji will also release and dedicate some new publications.
After the address of Brahmachari Girish Ji, the chief guest of the program, Union Minister of State Prahlad Singh Patel will deliver his address on the topic "Role of Politics in Establishing World Peace". Both the special guests of the program, Cabinet Minister-Vishwas Sarang, and BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma will also address the audience present at Maharishi Utsav Bhawan as well as the audience watching the program through various online websites.
Prof. Bhuvnesh Sharma and Retd. Col. T.P.S. Chandra will also address the programme. Cultural programs will be presented by the students of Maharishi Vidya Mandir in the second session after the prasad break between 1 pm to 2 pm.
The two-day Gyan Yug Diwas celebration programme concludes with a ‘Bharajamrit’ of renowned playback singer Vidhi Sharma. Vidhi Sharma is an 'A' grade artist of All India Radio, who has represented Indian music at various national and international music festivals. Having enthralled audiences across the globe, she has also won GIMA (Global Indian Music Award). Along with Vidhi Sharma, globally acclaimed tabla maestro and composer Pandit Anoop Ghosh, renowned percussionist Satish Kumar Solanki and keyboardist Pawan Kumar will enthrall the audience.
The two-day Gyan Yug Divas celebrations will be telecast live on various social media platforms of Ramraj TV.
