Maharishi Institute stall becomes top attraction at International Forest Fair
BHOPAL [Maha Media]: The International Forest Fair has started at the Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal, inaugurated by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. The fair runs from December 17 to 23, with the theme "Prosperous Forests, Happy People."
This year, over 350 stalls showcase a wide variety of forest products, medicinal herbs, traditional foods, and Ayurvedic items. The Maharishi Institute stall is one of the main attractions, known for its trusted Maha Nature and Maha Herbal brands.
On the first day of the fair, Brahmachari Girish Ji, Hon’ble chairman of Maharishi Vidya Mandir Schools Group, visited the fair with his Maha Herbal and Maha Nature teams. Maha Herbal and Maha Nature products are eco-friendly, made from natural materials like wood, plants, and herbs. Many items are handcrafted or produced in environmentally friendly ways to reduce impact on nature. The products include pure Satvik food, natural textiles like cotton and silk, decorative items, and essential home goods aimed at enhancing modern lifestyles. The philosophy behind these herbal and natural products extends beyond commercial interests; it emphasizes holistic health and stress reduction. Supporters believe that incorporating chemical-free and natural resources into daily life can help individuals combat fatigue, anxiety, and restlessness.
The institute advocates that leading a natural lifestyle fosters personal peace and well-being, ultimately contributing to a better society. They contend that if more people worldwide embrace these values, it could lead to reduced crime and conflict, promoting a more peaceful world.
Throughout its seven days, the International Forest Fair will feature various cultural and educational activities. Visitors can enjoy traditional dances, singing performances, yoga classes, and Kathak shows. The schedule also includes street plays, fancy dress contests, Dhrupad singing, and workshops led by traditional experts.
