Make Vedic routine an integral part of life: Brahmachari Girish ji

In Sanskrit, the daily routine is called as Dinacharya. ‘Din’ means 'day' and ‘acharya’ means 'to follow'. Dinacharya is absolutely necessary to bring radical change in body, mind, and consciousness. A proper routine also regularizes a person’s biological clock, aids digestion and generates self-esteem, discipline, peace, happiness, and longevity. His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji has given us the gift of Transcendental Meditation, we all should adopt it and make our life blissful. Everyone should follow Vedic routine an integral part of their lives. Along with this, include regular practice of Transcendental Meditation, Siddhi Program, Yogic Flying, Yoga, and Vedic food in your daily routine.”
These above words was spoken by the Hon’ble Chairman of Maharishi Vidhya Mandir Schools Group, Brahmchari Girish Ji during the concluding day session of 10-Day Maharishi Vedic-Life Training Programme at Maharishi Vidya Mandir National Camp Office at MCEE Campus, Lambakheda, Bhopal.
98 selected students from Maharishi Vidhya Mandir schools from various regions took part on the training session which was organised from 16 to 25 May.
After this valedictory speech, Brahmachari Girish Ji distributed certificates and prizes to the students who participated in the training program and wished them all the best for their bright future.
On this occasion, Prof. Bhuvnesh Sharma, Vice Chancellor-Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya, V R Khare-Director CPR, Ram Vinod Singh Gaur, National Coordinator-TM & Siddhi Program, Nitesh Parmar, Editor-Maha Media and other member of Maharishi organisation were also present.
Brahmachari said that Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has given ample supernatural knowledge for it and one of them is Transcendental Meditation through adopting it one should make effort to change the life blissful. He said that transcendental consciousness comprises all deities and when we meditate then entire natural law and deities come into contact consequently we get benefit of virtues of these deities.
